Important Notice: If you order from outside the EU, no VAT will be charged (except Switzerland*), meaning you are purchasing tax-free. However, customs duties or import fees may apply in the destination country according to local regulations. These charges are always the buyer’s responsibility.

If customs authorities hold your shipment, processing may take up to 4 months depending on the country, and we have no influence over this process.

If your shipment is lost in transit or arrives significantly damaged, please contact us immediately. Additionally, reporting the loss or damage to your local delivery service is mandatory—without proof of such a report, no compensation claim can be made.
